Liberty enrolls students everywhere, but practicum is another matter. NP tracks can't do practicum in California, New York, Washington or DC, and some MSN tracks are closed in Washington. Find your state.

Questions Liberty students ask
Can I do Liberty practicum in a state where I don't live?
Possibly, if Liberty allows practicum there for your program and you hold an RN license valid in that state. Talk to the practicum team first. See licensing for practicum.
Why can't Liberty NP students do practicum in California?
Liberty's state licensure lookup lists California as closed to practicum for its NP tracks. See state restrictions.
Are US territories open for Liberty practicum?
No. Liberty's lookup lists American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands as closed for every nursing program.
