Who we are

Liberty Preceptor is an independent placement service. It isn't part of, run by or endorsed by Liberty University; Liberty's name tells you whose students we serve.

Our role

• We search for preceptors and sites that match your program, state and timing, and help you prepare the site contract and Gate-course paperwork.
• Liberty approves sites and preceptors; we don't.
• We can't promise that a preceptor will accept, that a site will sign by a date, or that Liberty will approve a placement.
• We don't complete coursework, sign documents for anyone, or log hours for you.

Your part

• Give us accurate details about your program, license and state.
• Follow Liberty's rules, your course requirements and your site's policies.
• Keep CastleBranch and Liberty's other requirements current.

Quotes and payment

If you go ahead, you receive a written quote and terms before you commit. Those terms govern payment, changes and refunds, including any current offer. Fees a site or preceptor charges under Liberty's own rules are separate from ours.

The information on this site

Our guides describe Liberty's practicum process as Liberty publishes it, checked on the date shown. Liberty can change its rules; the practicum team and Liberty's current handbook have the final word.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, including a delayed term or graduation, arising from a site's, preceptor's or school's decision. Consumer rights that can't be limited are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the day it's posted.
